Facilities Assistant

Traverse City, MI  •  Part-Time or Full-Time  •  $18–$22/hr

We’re looking for someone ambitious and ready to roll up their sleeves. WELCO is a fast-growing hospitality management company operating across multiple indoor and outdoor venues in and around downtown Traverse City. This role isn’t glamorous—but it’s critical to our success, and the right person will find real opportunity for growth here.

What You’ll Do

• Light maintenance across venue properties

• Deep cleaning of indoor and outdoor spaces

• Event setup and breakdown

• Working across multiple venues throughout the Traverse City area

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ambitious—we’re open to training the right person and promoting from within

• Prior facilities, maintenance, or event experience a plus but not required

What We Offer

• $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
